Four steps

    Create an account

    Register in the customer portal. Your account is your workspace for requests, files and invoices from day one.

    Buy credits

    Choose a package and pay by credit card, PayPal or iDEAL. Your balance shows up in your account straight away.

    Request a file

    Upload the original read, choose the stage and options, and tell us what has been changed on the car.

    Download the file

    When the file is ready you get a notification and download it in your account. Then you write it back with your own tool.

What we need from you

The more complete your request, the faster and better the file. This belongs with every upload:

  • The original, unmodified read of the ECU or TCU
  • Which tool you use and how you read: OBD, bench or boot
  • Make, model, engine and year
  • The ECU type with hardware and software number
  • Every change to the car, such as turbo, intercooler or exhaust
  • The stage and options you want
  • Stored fault codes, if there are any

  • Support through the portal

    You can open a support request on every order. Describe what you see and attach a log file if you have one.

  • Fine-tuning

    If the file needs adjusting after writing, we do it within the same request.

  • Back to stock

    Want to return the car to standard? We prepare the original software for you.

Trouble with an ECU?

Did an ECU crash while reading or writing, is it protected, or does your tool not support it? Send us the details and describe what happened. We will see what is possible.
